Rachel + Tim

On a small Island, the kind that you can only travel to by boat, you will find the most serene ceremony site overlooking the water. The kind of ceremony site that, in the silence before the guests stand to greet the bride, you can hear the waves as they hit the shoreline.

Stout's Island is where Rachel and Tim chose to say their forever vows. Surrounded by their friends and family. Their loved ones who traveled in and stayed on the island to celebrate their love for a weekend rather than just a singular day. It was an honor to be one of two outside vendors for this monument occasion.

This DIY wedding was structured with so much talent, from so many different areas. Both the DJ and Photographer were great friends of Rachel and Tim's. All the floral was bought in bulk, and given to us for creative freedom. The seating chart was created by Rachel to capture one of the couple's favorite past times and it allowed the guest to find their seating assignment, which in itself was designed with so much thought behind it. Each guest would find their custom name card waiting for them at their chair, sitting nearest to those they felt the most comfortable around. The wind carried the laughter and filled the tent as they shared stories of the couple and reminisced over spirits and dinner.

The evening ended with a night under the stars, surrounded by the same serene sound of waves hitting the shoreline. The only difference was now they were officially Mr and Mrs.
